Ingredients:

  • 6 egg whites, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions:

  7. Once done, turn off the oven and let the Pavlova cool inside for 30 minutes.
  8. While the Pavlova is cooling, beat the heavy cream until it is fluffy and thick. Spread the whipped cream onto the cooled Pavlova, being careful not to break the delicate crust.
  9. Top the whipped cream with the sliced strawberries and serve.
