Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, and water. Stir to combine and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. Using an immersion blender or regular blender, puree the soup until smooth.
- Return the soup to the saucepan and add the heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir to combine and heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
