Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, butter, granulated sugar, almond flour, salt and egg until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a rectangular tart pan with a removable bottom. Cover the crust with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Spread the plum halves on the crust and press them lightly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, and butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the topping mixture on the plums. Place the tart in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the plums are soft.
  7. Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
