Stringy Cheese and Zucchini Flan Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated stringy cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
