Stuffed Pizza Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced black olives
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dust a flat surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges. Sprinkle the garlic powder and oregano on top of the sauce.

  7. Brush the beaten egg on top of the pizza roll, making sure to coat all surfaces.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pizza roll is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
