Stuffed Squid in Verrine
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized squid
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 verrine glasses for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.

- Drizzle with olive oil and serve hot.
