Easy and Original Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions:

  1. Soak tapioca pearls in 2 cups of water for at least 30 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the pearls.
  2. In a saucepan, boil 4 cups of water and stir in the soaked tapioca pearls. Cook the pearls on medium heat until they turn translucent and tender. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
