Tataki Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 avocado, sliced
