Ingredients
- 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Pat dry the shrimp with paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
