Teriyaki Mackerel and Apples Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
