The Chocolate House – Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the oil, vanilla extract, and hot water and mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
