The “Lice” – Regal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
