The Multicolored Cake – Régal
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease three 8-inch round cake pans with butter and dust with flour. Set aside.

- Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool completely in the pans before removing and frosting.
- Once cooled, stack the cakes on top of one another, frosting between each layer. Frost the top and sides of the cake and decorate as desired.
