The Pastry Magnum – Delight Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pastry sheet until it is a rectangle shape.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar over the pastry sheet and fold it in half, pressing gently.
  4. Cut the pastry sheet into small rectangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the beaten egg over the top of each rectangle.

  11. Spread the chocolate filling inside each pastry half and sandwich them back together.
  12. Dust the top with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
