Tiramisu-style eclairs: Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add flour and stir constantly until the mixture comes together into a ball.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. The mixture should be smooth and glossy.
- Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag, fitted with a large round tip.
- Pipe the dough into 4-inch long strips on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each eclair.

- Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag, fitted with a small round tip.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a small slit in the bottom of each eclair. Pipe the filling into the eclairs until the filling starts to come out the other side.
- Dust the eclairs with cocoa powder and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
