Ingredients:

  • 14 oz firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, panko breadcrumbs, and green olives. Mix well.
