Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6-8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly and set aside. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
