Tricolor Marbled – Régal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Food coloring (red and green)

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9×9 inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a small bowl, using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a separate bowl, using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Stir in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  7. Divide the melted dark chocolate mixture into two equal parts.
  8. Add red food coloring to one part and green food coloring to the other part.
  9. Pour the red and green chocolate mixtures over the white chocolate mixture in the pan.
  10. Use a toothpick to swirl the three colors together to create a marble effect.
  11. Refrigerate the tricolor marbled régal for at least one hour or until it has hardened.
  12. Remove the régal from the pan and break it into pieces.
