Vanilla, Chestnut and Mikado Log Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 vanilla sponge cake
- 200g chestnut puree
- 300ml double cream
- 100g icing sugar
- 1 pack of Mikado chocolate sticks
- 50g melted chocolate
Instructions:
- Whip the double cream and icing sugar together until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the chestnut puree onto the vanilla sponge cake evenly.
- Spread the whipped cream on top of the chestnut puree evenly.
