Vegetable Broth Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 cups of water
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables start to soften.
