Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 8 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.
