Velouté of Pear, Celery, Stilton and Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large pear, peeled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of crumbled stilton cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
