Verrines of Fresh Cheese, Raspberry and Angelica

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh cheese
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon angelica
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup granola (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cheese, honey, and angelica. Mix until well combined.
  2. In another mixing bowl, mash the raspberries until the consistency is smooth.
  3. In small glasses or bowls, layer the fresh cheese mixture and the mashed raspberries alternately. Repeat the layering until all of the mixture is used up.
  4. If using, sprinkle granola on top of the last layer of fresh cheese mixture.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
