Verrines of Fresh Cheese, Raspberry and Angelica
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh cheese
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon angelica
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup granola (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cheese, honey, and angelica. Mix until well combined.
- In another mixing bowl, mash the raspberries until the consistency is smooth.
- In small glasses or bowls, layer the fresh cheese mixture and the mashed raspberries alternately. Repeat the layering until all of the mixture is used up.
- If using, sprinkle granola on top of the last layer of fresh cheese mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
