Viennese chocolate: easy recipe
Ingredients:
- 225g Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
- 175g Unsalted Butter
- 175g Caster Sugar
- 5 Medium Eggs, separated
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Grease and line a 9 inch cake tin

- Pour the mixture into the cake tin and smooth over the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is firm to the touch and a skewer inserted comes out clean
- Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely
