Ingredients:

  • 225g Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
  • 175g Unsalted Butter
  • 175g Caster Sugar
  • 5 Medium Eggs, separated

  8. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and smooth over the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is firm to the touch and a skewer inserted comes out clean
  9. Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely
