Vitello Tonnato Recipe – Regal
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of veal
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons of capers, drained
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Season the veal with salt and pepper and rub it with olive oil.

- Pour the tonnato sauce over the veal and spread it evenly.
- Cover the platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve the Vitello Tonnato chilled.
