Watermelon Salad with Reblochon Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 seedless watermelon, cut into small cubes
  • 100g Reblochon cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
