Wok’n Roll Treat
Ingredients:
- 200g cooked noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 150g chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until the onion is soft.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the shredded carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the veggies are tender.
- Combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and red chili flakes in a bowl.
- Add the sauce mixture to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
