Yoghurtello Tonnato
Ingredients
- 500g plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1-2 Tbsp capers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Drain the can of tuna and reserve the olive oil in a small bowl. Flake the tuna into small pieces and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine the capers, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- Whisk the Greek yoghurt until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Fold in the caper mixture and the reserved olive oil from the tuna. Mix well.
- Finally, add the flaked tuna and mix gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the Yoghurtello Tonnato in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled.
