Avocado, Grapefruit and Pineapple Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
