Baked Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sausage links (bratwurst, kielbasa or any other sausage of your choice)
