Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 150g Scamorza cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Scamorza cheese, breadcrumbs, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Put the flour in a shallow bowl or dish.
- Beat the eggs in another shallow bowl or dish.
