Cabbage Soup with Smoked Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices smoked bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
