Chards in Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 3 cups of mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, lettuce)
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of toasted pine nuts
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic or red wine vinegar
