Chartreuse Flambé Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chartreuse liquor
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 ripe bananas

Instructions
