Ingredients:

  • 1 small pumpkin, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of passion fruit puree
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cube the pumpkin into small pieces and place them in a large pot filled with water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat and cook the pumpkin for about 20 minutes or until it is soft and tender.
  2. Drain the pumpkin and transfer it to a blender. Puree the pumpkin until it is smooth and creamy.
