Ingredients
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature

- 18-20 vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy with an electric mixer.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, heavy cream, lime zest, and lime juice. Beat until smooth.
