Chicken Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, black pepper, eggs and ketchup. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
