Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  6. Once the mixture is cold, freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
