Chocolate-Praline Spread Recipe – Régal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  3. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil until the mixture has become a smooth spreadable consistency, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
  4. Transfer the spread to a clean glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken up.
  5. Serve the spread on toast, croissants, waffles, or use as a filling in cupcakes and crepes.
