Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream

- Spoon half of the egg mixture over the ladyfingers, then sprinkle half of the grated chocolate on top. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, egg mixture, and grated chocolate.
- Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
