Citrus Tart Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a food processor, pulse the flour, powdered sugar, and salt together until combined.
- Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add the egg yolks and pulse until the dough just begins to come together.
- Add the ice water and pulse until the dough forms a ball.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, make the filling. In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and butter.

- Pour the filling into the cooled tart shell and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set and slightly browned on top. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
