Clea’s Dried Fruit Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed dried fruit (ex: apricots, dates, raisins, figs)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (ex: almonds, cashews, pecans)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed dried fruit and chopped nuts.
- In a separate small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together over medium heat until the mixture is thin and syrupy.
