Coffee Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, instant coffee granules, and salt.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the coffee is fully dissolved.
