Complete Vegetable Broth Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 potato, chopped
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until the onion becomes translucent.
