Confit Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1 cup duck fat
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper on all sides.
  3. In a small pot, heat the duck fat over medium heat until melted.
