Brookie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy using a stand mixer or electric mixer. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl. Mix the dry ingredients slowly into the butter mixture so that it becomes just combined.
  4. Add chocolate chips and walnuts to the batter and mix them in well.
  5. Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions mentioned on the box and spread it evenly into a greased baking sheet.
  6. Take out spoonfuls of the cookie dough, roll them into balls, and distribute them evenly on top of the brownie batter.
  7. Bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely on wire racks and cut into squares before serving.
