Cornotto Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
