Crispy Granola Treat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, and shredded coconut.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, salt and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the granola is golden brown.
  7. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking into pieces and serving.
