Ingredients:
- 1 pound of dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces.
- 1 cup of heavy cream.

- To serve, remove the chocolate terrine from the loaf pan by pulling up with the parchment paper overhang. Slice into thin pieces and serve chilled.
