Douillons with Apples
Ingredients:
- 4 apples
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and core the apples. Cut into thin slices and place in a bowl.
- Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to the bowl with the apples. Mix well.
