Fluffy Pumpkin and Cream Cheese Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
